Travel to Ravello
Everything You Need to Know
When to Arrive
For guests traveling from the United States, we recommend arriving in Ravello no later than Sunday, May 30. Even better, consider arriving earlier and enjoying some time elsewhere in Italy before joining us in Ravello.
Our first wedding event, the Welcome Dinner at Villa Eva, begins Monday, May 31 at 6:00 PM.
When to Depart
Getting Here
Fly into Naples
Naples International Airport (NAP) is the closest airport to Ravello. Guests traveling from the United States will generally connect through another European city before arriving in Naples.
Private Transfer
We recommend arranging a private transfer from Naples International Airport or Napoli Centrale train station directly to Ravello. Recommended transfer company will be provided closer to the wedding.
Getting Around Ravello
All three wedding events will take place within Ravello’s historic pedestrian center, where there are no roads or vehicle access. The wedding venues and hotels are within walking distance, so transportation between events will not be necessary.
A rental car will not be necessary while staying in Ravello.
Where to Stay
Villa Maria and Villa Amore are particularly convenient to our wedding events, and Ravello offers many other excellent hotel options.
Ravello is a popular destination with a limited number of hotel rooms, so we encourage guests to reserve accommodations early. Many hotels offer flexible or cancellable reservations, allowing guests to secure a room while keeping their plans flexible.
If you would like assistance with your travel arrangements, our favorite travel agent, Dawn Oliver, would be pleased to help with flights, hotels, airport and train-station transfers, travel before or after the wedding, and broader Italy and European itineraries.
