Frequently Asked Questions
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
For guests traveling from the United States, we recommend arriving in Ravello no later than Sunday, May 30. Even better, consider arriving earlier and enjoying some time elsewhere in Italy before joining us in Ravello.
Our first wedding event begins Monday, May 31 at 6:00 PM. The Farewell Brunch will conclude at approximately 2:30 PM on Wednesday, June 2. Guests may depart Ravello after the brunch or remain longer and continue their travels.
How do I get from Naples Airport to Ravello?
We recommend arranging a private transfer from Naples International Airport or Napoli Centrale train station directly to Ravello. Recommended transfer company will be provided closer to the wedding.
Will there be transportation between events?
No transportation will be necessary. All three wedding events will take place within Ravello’s historic pedestrian center, where there are no roads or vehicle access. The event venues and hotels are within walking distance.
Do I need to rent a car?
A rental car will not be necessary while staying in Ravello. All three wedding events will take place within the historic pedestrian center, and guests will be able to walk between their hotels and the event venues.
What is the weather like in early June?
Early June is generally warm and pleasant, although evenings can be cooler and occasional rain is possible
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Nearly all of our celebrations will take place outdoors while enjoying the gardens and views of Ravello. Each venue has appropriate contingency arrangements in the event of rain.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you submit your formal RSVP. Our exceptional local catering team has extensive experience accommodating a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other medically necessary dietary restrictions. We will do our very best to ensure you enjoy every meal.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged celebration, with no phones or cameras during the ceremony itself. We have engaged outstanding photographers to capture every special moment, and we'll be delighted to share the photographs with everyone afterward.
Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like throughout the cocktail hour, reception, and the rest of the wedding festivities.
Is there a gift registry?
We know that traveling to Italy is a significant commitment, and we are deeply grateful that you are making the journey to celebrate with us. Your presence is truly the only gift we could ask for, so we kindly request no gifts
May I bring an additional guest?
Because of venue capacity, we are able to accommodate only the guests specifically named on each invitation.
Who can I contact if I have more questions?
Please feel free to contact Kyle or Randy directly with any wedding questions. We are always happy to help.
